MICROBES AND METALS TEACH GREEN TECHNOLOGY
Delve with us into fantastic microworld where you meet your new friends – microorganisms and metals and learn from them many useful things how to save our nature. Environmental scientists, artists and teachers from Slovakia, Poland and the Czech Republic jointly create interactive lessons with special emphasis to environmental science and biotechnology using elements of Puppet Theatre to increase the interest of children aged 10 – 12 in natural science and technology.

Welcome to “GREEN µ THEATRE”
Puppets that teach science in a funny way
The symbol “µ” is read as “micro”. In science, it is used to refer to the microworld, which is made up of organisms that are a millionth of a metre in size. Our “Green Micro Theatre” draws on this inspiration and seeks to introduce children and audiences to the fascinating world where microorganisms and metals exist, through a puppetry and interesting storyline. The main protagonists are microbes and metals – hence our pilot project Microbes and Metals Teach Green Technology and hence our name – Green Micro Theatre. We combine knowledge of biology, chemistry, physics and technology into funny stories. You are welcome to join us in the interactive lessons and get hands-on experience in quite abstract topics of environmental sciences.
